Hyderabadi Biryani Masala
1. Cut 1 kg of chicken thigh fillets/meat into small pieces. Boil chicken/meat until cooked.
2. Mix Hyderabadi Biryani mix in 300 mls of water .Heat oil (5-6 ) tbs in a pot and fry the Hyderabadi Biryani Paste for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add Chicken / Lamb and simmer until cooked .Boil 500 grams of rice in a different pot. Layer cooked Rice on the Chicken and Lamb masala and steam in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 C.
Onion, Salt , Mace, Pepper, Garam Masala, Tomato , Garlic, Ginger, Cloves, Chillies, Cinnamon and Turmeric.
