Ingredients

1.Soak 500 grams of Whole Urad Dal overnight and boil until tender.

2. Mix 300 mls of water with Dal Makhani Mix.

3. Heat 3-5 tbsl of oil and fry the paste for 2-3 minutes.Add paste into the daal and simmer for a few minutes.Finish with 100 grams of butter or 300 mls of cream.

Onion, Salt, Mace, Chilli, Cumin, Garam Masala, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Methi, Coriander, Paprika, Cardamom and Turmeric .
