Chicken Chilli

Recipe
1. Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Chilli Chicken masala Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets, cut in pieces to the pan and cook till done.
3. Add cubes of capsicum, tomatoes and onions and stir fry till done.
