Tutti frutti as we at Raj Foods make it, is Papaya based. After the Papaya fruit is harvested it is transported to the plant where the outer skin is removed revealing the hard succulent flesh. After this the fruit is diced into miniscule pieces. It is subsequently cooked in sugared syrup so that it attains the desired sweetness as required by the client's specifications. After the cooling process is completed at particular required temperature in blast freezers the ready to be consumed Tutti Frutti is packed and ready for sale. Tutti frutti is a very adaptable and widely used product depending on the consumer's creativity. Industries too use it as a raw material. Largely used in cakes, ice creams, bread, biscuits and cookies, jellies, souffles, puddings and mousses it not only gives taste but also adds a touch of colour.
Storage & Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.

Features
The fruit is peeled and cleaned thoroughly with water. It is then machine cut to uniform pieces and put on the few days manufacturing process, which gives the final product a better texture and a shelf life of more than 12 months. Deep penetration of sugar on maturation gives a pleasant distinctive aroma with excellent shine and luster. Lower pH ensures no pathogenic growth.
